Junior players are only allowed to participate with one club for sanctioned TOURNAMENTS during the season.  This does not include private lessons, training, or camps with other clubs.  A junior player may request a transfer of clubs if their original club is no longer playing in USAV sanctioned tournaments for the season. They can request to join another club still competing if certain requirements have been met.  Until all these requirements are completed, the player in question is not allowed to participate with a different club for sanctioned tournaments.
