At the National level, the All-Star program is the “pipeline” of USA Volleyball for athletes who aspire to reach the elite level of the sport. It is intended to grow the pool of talented young players who want to compete for a spot on the USA National and Olympic teams. Each Region selects the elite players in their area via regional tryouts to represent the region and compete in the International tournament sponsored by USA Volleyball All-Star program.
