Directory

When you upload rosters, those athletes and coaches are automatically added to your directory.

The member directory is a free tool your club has access to within SportsEngine HQ. This area is essentially your club program's phone book, housing all email contacts of your club members.

NOTE: Just because an individual is in your directory does NOT mean they have a Great Plains/USAV membership.

Junior Player Requirements

All players must have purchased a membership and complete the waivers and ref/score clinics in order to be added to rosters and participate.

The Junior Club Commitment Form (does not need to be submitted to the Region) and Club Assignment Invite that will be sent via SportsEngine are what will tie that athlete to your club program for the season.

USA Volleyball and the Great Plains Region do not require or collect hard copies of medical release forms. This decision was approved by our insurance carrier as we want to minimize the liability of physically collecting the forms.  Club programs can continue to collect the information but it does not have to be provided to the Region or USAV.
