Attend a Great Plains Certified Officials meeting
Register with the Great Plains Region
Submit USAV National Officials Dues
Submit and clear the USA Volleyball Background Screening
Complete the SafeSport training
Complete assigned USAV Academy coursework
Complete on-line training modules through USAV Academy for National Officials
Complete the National referee Exam A and/or B and score at least a 90%
Complete and send a minimum of one (1) score sheet to Region office each season.(Current National Scorers will be exempt from this and follow the National Scorer Certification requirements)
Complete evaluations per Junior National certification requirements
