WHAT IS GPR ALL STARS?

At the National level, the All-Star program is the “pipeline” of USA Volleyball for athletes who aspire to reach the elite level of the sport. It is intended to grow the pool of talented young players who want to compete for a spot on the USA National and Olympic teams. Each Region selects the elite players in their area via regional tryouts to represent the region and compete in the International tournament sponsored by USA Volleyball All-Star program.

1) ATTEND A TRYOUT - Sign up to attend a Team GP Tryout. Cost: $40 (shirt included)

2) ATTEND PRACTICES - Selected athletes will be invited by the Team GPR Coaching Staff following tryouts to participate in 7 practices from July 19-23.

3) COMPETE AT USAV ALL-STAR CHAMPIONSHIPS - The Team GP teams will travel to the USAV All-Star Championships in Madison, WI and compete July 24-27 against the Nation's top competition.

Girls U19 (Born in 2006 or 2007)
Girls U17 (Born in 2008 or 2009)
Girls U15 (Born in 2010 or 2011)
Girls U13 (Born in 2012 or later)
Boys U17/U19 (Born 2006-2009)

NOTE:
- All divisions will use the Molten Flistatec Ball
- All girls age divisions will play at high school net height
- 15U-19U divisions are only allowed 6 substitutions/set
- 13U divisions are allowed 12 substitutions/set
- Teams will be made of 9 athletes
