The GPR All-Stars Indoor High Performance program allows outstanding junior volleyball athletes to play for experienced coaches and represent the Great Plains Region at an inter-regional & international volleyball event!

• ATTEND A TRYOUT - Sign up to attend an GPR All Star Tryout. Cost: TBD
• ATTEND PRACTICES - Selected athletes will be invited by the GPR All Star Coaching Staff following tryouts to participate in practices leading up to departure for the All Star Championships July 18-21. 
• TRAVEL TO USAV ALL-STAR CHAMPIONSHIPS - The GPR All Star teams will travel to the USAV All-Star  Championships in Des Moines as a group. 

Girls U20 (Born in 2004-2006)
Girls U17 (Born in 2007 or 2008)
Girls U15 (Born in 2009 or 2010)
Girls U13 (Born in 2011 or later)

*GPR plans to send at least five Girls Teams to the USA All-Star Championships.  Age divisions will be dependent on participation.
